My journey with yoga began in 2014 as a deeply personal practice one that quickly evolved into something much greater. What started as a way to reconnect with myself soon became a calling to guide others back to their own sense of balance, strength, and awareness.

I went on to complete my Hot Yoga training in Pennsylvania and earned my 200-hour certification with The Yogi Perogi. Beyond the mat, I’m passionate about creating spaces for deeper connection through meditation and holistic workshops. As a certified wellness coach specializing in stress management and mental resilience, my work is centered on supporting others in navigating life with more ease and intention.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple mission: to help you feel supported, cultivate awareness, and step into your confidence both on and off the mat.
