The Reset Retreat: utah
What to ExpectThis retreat is an intentional pause from the constant demands of everyday life. Oliver and I know that feeling of being stretched thin, mentally overloaded, and ready to step out of burnout. In the quiet of the desert, you’ll slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself without pressure or expectation.
❋ Intentional StructureOur beautiful four bedroom home, nestled among red rock landscapes, offers an intentional structure that includes outdoor yoga, guided meditations, personal training in our private gym, and thoughtfully led group workshops for reflection and reset. Between sessions, you’ll have generous downtime to rest by the private pool, journal, or explore in the surrounding valley.
❋ Collaborative EnergyThis is a co-ed retreat, and we’ve been really intentional about creating accommodations that support different comfort levels. There’s a women’s-only shared bunk space, along with two private rooms set aside for couples or an individual who would appreciate a bit more personal space.
❋ Expert FacilitationYoga, homemade meals, and guided meditations led by Kayla, a Yoga Alliance and Cornell University certified instructor and coach co-facilitated with Oliver, a certified personal trainer. Please note the charge includes your stay, meals, and all workshops/yoga. Flights and transportation not included!
❋ A Supportive SpaceBy choosing to participate, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and personal well-being throughout the retreat. Participation in all activities, including but not limited to yoga, meditation, fitness sessions, workshops, use of the private pool and gym, and any outdoor or off-site activities, is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
